Dr Martin has conducts Family Law assessments often referred to as Single Expert Reports (Chapter 15 Reports) include Short Form Reports and Full Family Reports. These reports require an independent Expert to assess mental health, parenting capacity, attachment, developmental and educational needs of children and any risks posed.

Dr Martin provides psychological assessment and court reports in family law matters but not in criminal matters.

To proceed with an assessment for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, a booking will only be accepted if the following is provided:

  • Copy of the relevant Orders and joint letter confirming agreement of the parties to attend the assessment
  • Complete contact details for the parties’ legal representatives
  • Confirmation in writing that funds are readily available to pay for the assessment and report.
