Dr Martin is regularly appointed as a Single Expert in matters heard in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

 

Dr Martin has specialist skills, knowledge and experience in assessing matters involving: young children, attachment, developmental, educational and emotional needs of children, risk assessment, relocation, parenting capacity, parental mental-health, family violence and complex separation matters.

To proceed with an assessment for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, a booking will only be accepted if the following is provided:

  • Copy of the relevant Orders and joint letter confirming agreement of the parties to attend the assessment
  • Complete contact details for the parties’ legal representatives
  • Confirmation in writing that funds are readily available to pay for the assessment and report.
