Dr Martin has a special interest in helping people going through separation, divorce and family conflict and offers the following services:

Dr Martin provides psychological assessment and court reports in family law matters but not in criminal matters.

To proceed with an assessment for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, a booking will only be accepted if the following is provided:

  • Copy of the relevant Orders and/or joint letter confirming agreement of the parties to attend the assessment
  • Complete contact details for the parties’ legal representatives
  • Confirmation in writing that funds are held in trust to pay Dr Martin’s fee for the assessment and report.
